PTFE Immersion Heaters

We will specifically design this kind of heater so it can be used in a tank at high temperatures, and they’re ideally suited for heating extremely corrosive chemicals. They can also be used to heat a variety of other liquids including water and oil.

However, because corrosive chemicals can attack most metals, it’s important that very specific heaters are used to handle them – which is where PTFE immersion heaters come into their own.

Vat Heaters

Similarly, vat heaters can also be used to heat chemicals, water, oil and other liquid substances. Our heaters can be used to heat these vats and tanks, ensuring they reach the desired temperature in a safe and efficient manner.

We take a bespoke approach to everyone we work with and will discuss your requirements with you to ensure you receive a product that best suits your needs. For instance, some vat heaters will require a lower watts density than others, so we’ll always make sure you have a type that aligns with your specific application.

Both heater types can be supplied with fixing brackets for an easy installation to the side of the tank.
